well this kinda goes along with the A-list requirements, for A-list you have to have a high enough minute plan, and if you do, like me, you never end up using your minutes because everyone you call is on your A-list. So I have 9000 rollover minutes... sheesh. And if i drop down a level, I lose all my rollovers, pay a fee, then have to bump it back up the next month anyway. It's just a complicated way of making sure I don't go over my minutes.
So I'll add this new feature tomorrow, and in 3 months I'll have 12000 rollover minutes. Hurray, i guess. :rolleyes:

I send out a lot of resumes but no real nibbles yet.
Don't send out resumes. Put together a portfolio and arrange a meeting.
Tell them you're the best thing since sliced bread, and you'll do anything (almost ;)) to prove it to them. I wouldn't give a resume a second glance, but could easily spend 15 minutes looking over an aspiring designer's work.
If your work is good and you present it and yourself well, it should be enough to get your foot in the door somewhere. Be prepared to discuss your decision making process in detail.

I am assuming this is a cluster? I seriously doubt that would be enough space for every person to access their iTunes content via the cloud. The only conceivable way is if you were limited to the amount of space (like allocated into your 20GB default mobileme account). That would be weak.The original post doesn't say it will be used for customers to store their own files, only for Apple to store all the video content on the iTunes store. Each video file is only stored once so 12PB is probably more than enough for all the videos they currently have (you'd have to be a pretty lazy data architect not to account for growth in the original plan).
I'm sure they already have a large enough storage system for cloud storage/iDisk, or will be planning to expand or replace one soon.

So Samsung believed Apple was violating it's patents all this time but decided to do nothing about it. Now that they have been pushed they decide to act. Sounds to me they are trying to find whatever they can to bite back at Apple.

I'm about to replace the hard drive in a 17" iMac G4 800. When I take the old one out (80 GB Ultra ATA 100), will it be able to work in a Power Mac G4 "Sawtooth" (AGP)?
Just not sure about the technicalities of HD backward compatibility. I think the drive in the first drive bay is an ATA/66.

I acquired a Lacie 300736U DVD light scribe. It has no cables and looks to be in very good condition. I am wondering if it can be connected to a dell T2642. If so where can I get the needed cables and software? I would really like to try light scribe.

I'm not "relating" anything to slavery, it's the only example I can think of where the people you are defending actually made 100% of the income. That's the logical and almost actual extension of your argument. (I can't believe you're calling me out, when you just posted a poll asking if people think we should go back to an interpretation of the Constitution that would allow the blatently racist actions of the years following the aboloshment of slavery through the 60s).
You want to lower the tax burdens of people who have all the money, when everything is pointing to the wealth in this country being more and more consolidated in the hands of a very small group of people. Domino, on the other hand, is pure garbage. I remember working in a 20 person company back in '00 where we had a Domino server running on a dual 500MHz PIII server with 2 gigs of RAM - very expensive at the time. It was very hard on the poor machine. It was choking. And the only three things the server was used for were email, very basic scheduling, and a billable hour tracking app. Not that that server is any speed demon by modern standards... But a non-Domino system having the same functionality would not have created any measurable load on the server at all with only 20 users. Did I also mention the server was less than stable? And I still remember how SP6 for NT completely brought the damn thing down... Ouch.
Well, the company where I have work has 30,000 email users and it runs perfectly on a 8 Core AIX Power5 machine, so I'm not sure how a dual p3 couldn't handle 20 users unless it was very poorly configured.

So I received my Belkin Grip Vue Tint today in the mail. The tightness is very nice with my BSE Full Body Skin. However, like many other cases the lip at the bottom (between Home Button and Dock Connector) is loose because of the thinness of it. So I was just wondering how well the TPU is going to hold up right there? I mean TPU shouldn't stretch out and isn't it pretty strong? I just don't want that part to break just from taking my iPod in and out of my pocket.

I started playing games in 1984 during the Crash. I grew up more on nintendo, but we had an atari in the house. I've gone back and played hundreds of Atari games over the years for a web site and I stand by my position that most of them are crap.
Some games like Adventure, Tempest, Ms. Pacman hold up pretty well, but they are the exception.

If it does go down, ustream.tv will change the stream to a better server, they've done it in the past for video streams of MWSF08 and the special event they had back in March, both thanks to iPhone Alley.

iPod Touch should not count.
The IRS would be very unhappy with me and my accountant if my business didn't report the portion of my iOS app sales that went to iPod Touch users (a significant portion, according to some analytics I ran last year). I don't sell anywhere near as many apps to Android users. Too bad.
