yawn. how many more stories about this stupid "location tracking".
There's nothing stupid about this. Its a huge privacy violation to have your locations constantly tracked without your consent, even if the data is not used directly by Apple. This easily accessed location data on your phone was already widely known and used by police agencies since last year according to several articles, so you can just imagine what it is like for someone in a police state to have all their locations for the past year easily accessed when they are arrested. That's not to mention spying or abusive spouses, industrial espionage, and many other reasons to want to maintain some confidentiality.
The fact that Apple only bothered to care about this or look into it after it became a media storm shows that there is a simple lack of privacy controls and concern about privacy at the company.

Sorry, you're just compounding fallacy upon fallacy. This is plainly incorrect. Your first post has a graph showing Social Security is unfunded, this is clearly not true as I have already provided evidence for. Your attempt to

As for your misleading graph about taxes and revenue, note that they dropped from 9.4% to 6.7% over a 30 year period, a decline of almost one third.

Unfunded liablities are calculated traditionally on a 75 year basis... to determine the long-term viability of various government programs. So, as the chart clearly states that in the next 75 years (~ the life of your children) the system will be short 7.9 Trillion dollars. Meaning, for the same payouts to continue, we'll have to come up with that amount of money to cover the difference. This difference is caused by a lessening number of payers and an increasing number of receivers... as I mentioned earlier when pointing out accurately how SS is a ponzi scheme.

From what I read there is no difference between a paid and non paid version in way of functions. The only difference is that it eliminates the nagware.

I currently have a card from ATI Radeon HD 4800 series, and I need a new card especially for playing the newest games with the highest settings on Boot Camp. What card would you suggest for me? I honestly don't care....my upgrade date was timed almost perfectly with the release of the iPhone 4 last year (Upgraded in late July once the damn phone was actually available without having to beat up hipsters in line IIRC), and unless they offer early upgrade deals better than what they have the last couple of years, I wouldn't be eligible to upgrade anyway. The iPad has taken up all of my iOS gaming, so really all I need an iPhone to do is be an iPod and use reference apps on the go (maps, wikipedia, soundhound, imdb, recipes, safari, banking, ebay, amazon, etc). Maybe one or two small games for Dr's office waiting rooms like Tiny Wings or Angry Birds, but I'm pretty sure the iPhone 4 will be able to handle that demanding load for years to come....
I'm even open to an iPhone lite- I don't need a powerhouse in my pocket and if I save some money, good deal.

I was just over at the Universal Studios iPod tax forum ranting and raving about video amongst the people ranting and raving about audio.
Now, this news pops up about ALL the studios wanting to do something about videos....

I didn't lose any of my roll-over minutes. I have ~1200 and am on the 450 individual plan.

I find some pages are designed to be too wide or and some too narrow. If I can control the width of the pages and the fileds, it would be good if it remeber those settings for that page and site.

If they are willing to sell the product at a $100 loss, that's their choice. You may not have a warranty, etc, because they aren't "authorized" by Apple as a price-controlled reseller, but that doesn't mean it's illegal for them to sell it.
I sold my iPad on craigslist at a loss. I'm not authorized to do that and Steve doesn't care.
Exactly, Apple wouldn't care if you did. What you sold would be 2nd hand and have no warranty etc.. The same I assume would be true of T.J.s. As non authorized dealers they have bought some iPads and would be selling them as second hand items. Buyer beware.

Sorry, the icons are not part of any set,, PS, Mail, Journal = I Made as 1 off's, the Safari & trash icons are original after using silver pro nik filter, Toast 9 & Aperture are standard, Itunes and google chrome I cant remember where i found and the hard drives were from MacThemes, they are Mac Pro Carriers, appropriate as i'm using a MP, only Icon ive a link for is Finder before I put it through Photoshop.
